my daughter poop like puree and she poop 3 to 4 times a day in his stool some water is also there it looķ like undigest food is it normal

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hry mommy this may happen for multiple reasons. please review what she bad for lunch or through the fau. if the loose motions continue make sure you keep your little one hydrated and speak to your pediatrician yo rule out any infection.
