Q.
My daughter of 20 months was having fever that was viral last week. It lasted for 5 days. She got fine but now after 5 days again she got fever that too high. Now after every 4 hours she is having high fever. What to do? Dr said to gv crocin after 6 hours only. Pls suggest

gunjan negiMom of a 5 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. I would suggest if ur child has high fever... above 102 then give meftal p. then after 6 hours Cronin and then after 6 hours meftal p. give these alternatively. the fever will come down. side by side give cold sponges too.

That’s true the medication can only be repeated after six hours so what you can do is you can go ahead with doing cold sponging on the body of the child as well as on the forehead that is going to hopefully help in reducing down the temperature for the childWrite Your Answer Here
