my daughter now 5 year 3 month old still her weight 15.5kg. she eats normal meal. take proper breakfast, lunch and dinn and active also but her weight not increasing. what should I do for her weight gain

Hi dear parent I would like to tell you these two things please focus on that if you can manage it well first put your child into physical sports for Karate basketball squash badminton any of the sports which helps in better strength and energy stamina plus the appetite will increase naturally second make sure to give good proteins and all the meals which will definitely happen elevating weight and overall physical growth and development of your child
