Q.

My daughter manvya six and half years old is suffering from constipation for a long time. I hv tried many remedies and given many medicines. Bt few days ago she had a unbearable pain in the sides of stomach. Doctor has given him some medicines and she was injected. It give him some relief. Bt constipation is not cured. Few days ago she has a pain in lower stomach. Yesterday she went to doctor and doctor took a urine test. There was a urine infection. He has given some medicines. My daughter has knees pain too since childhood. She started crying. whenever pain, occurs in his knees. Pls tell me what should i do? I m worried abt my daughter's health.

A. First of all we need to work for her constipation and try to give her around 1 litre water in a day and give coconut water nimbu paani and fiber rich fruits especially mangoes watermelon muskmelon pear peach prunes and green leafy vegetables and end her lunch with banana abd add desi ghee in all 3 meals of the child and start giving her sprouted ragi powder in milk twice a day for calcium and massage her knees with sesame oil at night time and ask her to do exercises like cycling of legs at bed only let her play more for good health

A. I Think your child may be having some deficiencies which is why your child is having body pain or specially leg pain since the beginning so you should get a deficiency test done for the child along with that I am in no you may have tried every thing but tried doing this as well prune juice in the night before your child goes to sleep then in the morning a glass of warm water and after half an hour then you can give papaya to the child see if that works for you
