my daughter ke 4 years and she is having fever 102.7 I have given meftal p 2 hour before but still fever did not came down so can I repeat the medicin in 4 hour basis

A. hi. mdovtepid sponging in case to bring doen yemp. give her fluids in ample akount. u can give it aftrr checking temp byvtgermometer, n good tp once neet ur doctor
