Q.

my daughter kavya is put more weight during last One n half year she looks like so fatty pls suggest how can i reduce her weight n what kind of deit she take.

A. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables . involve in some physical activity like yoga or dance class for one hour daily .

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give 3 meals that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates. Avoid outside foods.
