Morning - 4 or 6 am milk - 200 ml
Breakfast - 9-930 am
Lunch by 12.45
Milk again 150 ml - 2 pm ( sometimes she asks sometimes she doesn’t )
She sleeps for 1n half -2 hrs , gets up two three times in between disturbed sleeps , asks for me but then I make her sleep again
Once she wakes up again milk or yogurt or fruit by evening

Is this fine ?
Lately she started asking milk before she sleeps at afternoon n night . Is that okay ?
Won’t too much milk reduce her appetite

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes ,too much milk intake can cause low appetite in kids. so please limit it around 250 to 500ml per day. give variation in your child diet which will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
