My daughter just completed 2 . Her diet for the day is follows :

Morning - 4 or 6 am milk - 200 ml
Breakfast - 9-930 am
Lunch by 12.45
Milk again 150 ml - 2 pm ( sometimes she asks sometimes she doesn’t )
She sleeps for 1n half -2 hrs , gets up two three times in between disturbed sleeps , asks for me but then I make her sleep again
Once she wakes up again milk or yogurt or fruit by evening
7-30 - 8 dinner

Is this fine ?

Lately she started asking milk before she sleeps at afternoon n night . Is that okay ?
Won’t too much milk reduce her appetite

Hi, try to give more energy dense food to ur baby.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
In between meals keep offering healthy snack s
