ManasviMom of 2 children2 months agoA. No soap can help in skin whitening. Use a good body wash which can cleanse well. Go for Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Wash and Shampoo. It cleanses the skin and hair well and also doesn't cause any irritation.

Usually I won't use soap for my kids using only baby wash like Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture wash and shampoo contains natural oats extract,tear free and suitable for babies keep there skin without drying and lock moisture

You can try using Babyhug pro advance pH 5.5 balance, peach milk soap for your child. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
