My daughter Isha is 3 years and 6 months old. She currently weighs 11.5 kg. Her weight is not increasing. I am giving her all kinds of nutritious foods. What should I do?

A. Sometimes you do poor digestion or gut health or even deficiencies in the body the spite of eating well the child doesn’t gain sufficient amount of weight so you should check with your doctor advise with some medicines to help in aggravating the digestion process and nutritional deficiencies would be made for better growth of your child
