Q.

My daughter is3years and 3months old.Aweek ago today she vomited 4/5timesin one night then giving her anti vomiting medicine his vomiting subsided but from the day after the vomiting he started having diarrhea then giving her gas medicine and tafru medicine and the stomach settled down.Since yesterday night she has vomited again and diarrhea has started today.Iam still again giving her gas medicine and tafru medicine.so now she needs to be given antibiotics because she has had stomach upsetin 8-9days.please sir mem tell me if she has a infection in her stomachand does he need antibiotic

A. yes there can be chances of infection baby is having nj. it is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes
