My daughter is vomiting since two days so I showed to general physician he gave Rentac and domstal 2mg. @ around 10pm gave medicine... now at 2am she got temperature also .... so I gave paracetamol syrup (last time fever syrup)atleast for time being ..... wat might be problem?

A. give syp vomikind here there after you can consult with your local doctor and so get proper guidance for this accordingly to clear all your doubts further in proper way and it would bjve helpful .
