my daughter is vomiting and spitting too and if she eat food, then taking a small amount of food her belly full and adyasha is now 04years old

A. Hello mom seems to a case of food indigestion, would prefer to consult a paediatrician for the same , also avoid force feeding the child , instead give her as much she can, offer her more of fluids to keep her well hydrated and also give her jeera or ajwain or saunf water
