Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi as child's weight is low , please check Health issues like nutritional deficiencies, worm Infection, indigestion, dehydration etc give small and frequent meal but please don't force feed your child keep adding variation in your child diet which will help to encourage your child to take interest in food
