my daughter is very thin what to do to gain weight

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. do not give any sort of processed and packaged foods. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.
