Q.

My daughter is turning 6 months tomorrow. Please share a food chart with timings which can be introduced to her from now onwards.

A. Hello mom initially start with liquid consistency foods such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruits juices and start one thing at a time and gradually you can move to semi solids and mashed foods such as steamed vegetables C fruit purée , ragi ir suji or multigrain mix porridge, kichidi etc And alternate it with your feed .
