my daughter is too weak she got tired n always complain of leg pain .she is so thin that no.dress suits her..pls suggest...

A. Hello mom massages and sun exposure is very much essential for her and a must . Give her a healthy balanced diet such as dry fruits and nuts , milk , panner , ghee, curds, different variety of dals, legumes such as Bengal gram, Kabuli chana,rajma etc , seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables , whole grains and cereals,
