my daughter is three years old she is having some thing in her eyes as shown in the picture belo below what is the reason?

There is no picture available but since it is connected with the eyes of the child I think it’s a good time that you take a physical assessment with your doctor with which you have an understanding of the problem and accordingly the doctor will be able to give you better assistance on that
