My daughter is three years and old. Her speech has developed as yet but she is able to to speak all the alphabets as well as counting numbers. She seems to be engrossed in her own world but she reminds to switch on TV ot fans. Is is normal. As of now she is able to tell all the English and Bengali alphabets, numerals upto 30 as well as Roman numerals upto 10. She even sits for her daily reading class for about 1 hour in the evening which comprise rhymes, numbers, wordbook, writing as well as drawing. In spite of the same, she avoids talking most of the times. Please help me.

A. child 3 years old but if the child not able to speak properly you need to consult your doctor at once and a proper assessment along with speech therapy may be required
