my daughter is three months old. Blu she is making gur gur sound . while sleeping and feeding also . can I get to know what is causing that sound. any medication should take

A. Hello mom may be she is having any breathing issue or uncomfortable to do so or gulping her feed very fast. Try to elevate the baby head a little while feeding would be helpful and also , try to do same with a pillow as such when she is sleeping.
