Diet give foods rich in protein as of now and fluids are very much important as their is loss of appetite and they wont be able to eat much.
dal, rice, roti, soft vegetables, dalia, oats , porridges, vegetable soups, fresh juicy fruits , juices, lime juice, glucose water , etc
though avoid meat or food from animal source and fatty foods

Medicines would be suggested by the doctors so please visit your paediatrician and when it comes to food there is no restriction on food but giving more of liquids would be better because it will be easier for them to digest the liquid food over the solid food
