My daughter is suffering from stomach pain and bloating please suggest medication

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipation gaseous discofumfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain fand consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi dear Tummy cramps is often a result of colic, constipation, gastroenteritis, gas or intestinal blockage, reflux, and lactose intolerance. The other possible causes include diarrhea and nausea which may happen conditionally depending on the cause of abdominal pain like infection or allergy.
