My daughter is suffering from fever since last 3 days..without any other symptoms like vomit, loose motion,cold & cough..whenever I m giving paracetamol than after 1 hour fever comes to normal nd after 5-6 hours ..it starts again..what I should do…

A. it may be just any viral then . Fever should be checked when ever feel so .and if it is more than 99 ° f then paracetamol shoukd be given and can be given every 6 hourly to baby . If remains for more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
