my daughter is suffering from fever body ace and cough since yesterday I gave her medicines as per doctor's prescription.the medicines are- Ibojesic plus, clarigard RD 125,and Mextra(phenylephrine hydrochloride & chlorpheniramine mateate) .but she was restless all the night and suffering fever and body ace and there are many small ulser type eruption in her mouth tongue lips and outside her lips.kindly suggest something
