My daughter is suffering from Dry cough and fever from last 2 day. I have given last night crocin 120 and Today I have given Azeexl & alerid cetrizine syrup. But her fever is not down. please suggest what to do now. She is 4 year old DOB- 16/09/2017

A. hello dear.if you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 4ml 6th hourly for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
