My Daughter Anavi Narayan Turns 4 years on 16th of September 2021. she is suffering from Dry cough from last 2 days. But from last night she is suffering from fever also, I have given 2 times crocin 120 ( last night approx 4am and 2nd dose in morning 8 am). Again I have given at 2 pm Alerid cetrizine syrup and Azee xl. please let me know can I give crocin and alerid together. She is still struggling from Dry cough(khasi) and fever. Due to khasi she vomited 1 times.
