give some boiled mashed potato added with cheese and mix it with cooked rice. you can put some salt and black pepper to it as well. it is really good.
as a snack you can add cheese into her snacks because it helps to gain healthy weight in children. give more rice based food for example twice in a week rice water to drink is also good if the weather is not so cold in your region.
