Q.

my Daughter is sick from last 24 hours (102 deg) and i have given her paracetamol+ mefanimic acid (250 mg) three times. what is the maximum dosage we can give her.

A. you can repeat dosage every 3 hourly along with tepid water sponging In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
