Q.

My daughter is preterm and delivered at 34weeks and her weight was 2.2kg. At now ie 9months her weight is 6.7-6.9kg. He is on semi solid diet..plz suggest me what can i gave her for weight gain?

A. Hello Mom as the baby was a preterm baby they tend to gain weight on a slow pace as compared to full term baby , hence you can now gradually move to some solids as well . And introduce more variety slowly. You can give dry fruits and nuts , add ghee to his meals , also you can give panner , sago , wheat - roti, wheat bread , steamed channa , rajma etc dals , egg yolk and non veg if preferred
