my daughter is over weight. she s 3years 6 months old .but my baby weight s 23kg. and she look like fat

We cannot start a low calorie diet for the child because child is in growth stage
But we can control the excess fat gain by avoiding foods like sugar, sweets, sugary drinks, chocolates biscuits, farsan, bread cakes chips completely
Engage child in outdoor activities like swimming football cycling skipping jumping dancing daily for atleast 1 hour.
