my daughter is only six years but she foody I am worried about her.pls tell me how can I fit her

A. If The child is foodie that is very good for you but you have to increase the physical activity of the child to keep your child fit make sure your child is doing the running about 30 minutes in a day you know like in a gap for 10-10 minutes and that way you can start doing basic yoga also with your child these days kids really enjoyed a lot
