my daughter is one yr and 9months old.. she is having fever.... but her feet and palm is chill.. is it normal... please help me

A. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child and if it is hundred or more then only consider it as we were and give paracetamol otherwise it is totally normal for small children to have slightly warm head palms and soles
