my daughter is of 4 year and her body weight is 12.5kg, but she is very active . I m worried about her weight. what to do?

A. Dear ma’am, if she is active and healthy then don’t worry about the weight. Give her three solid feeds and two healthy snacks daily. Foods like nuts, dry fruits, egg, banana, sweet potato etc can be given
