my daughter is of 10 years old..she doesn't able to poop naturally..what is the remedy..?? I'm giving her gudlax laxative syrup for poop..how to clear this naturally..pls suggest..

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 7 m old boy2 months agoA. give papaya in the morning daily it should be proper ripe one , give plenty of liquids , water and other fruits which contains water , and add fibre rich food in baby's diet .
do consult some specialist as giving long term medication is not an option because sometimes the digestive system depends on medication
