Q.

my daughter is now 5 yrs 6 months old. her milk teeth are not falls but permanent teeth arises is any prblm for that Or need dentists opinion?

A. Hi yes you should go for early removal of the milk teeth as permanent teeth is erupting. otherwise the permanent teeth will erupt in the backward position and will remain malaligned

A. hi ..if permanent teeth is coming automatically milk teeth will fall down if it's stay you must waiting for age 13 and then afterwards teeth remove suggestions will get from dentist

A. hi you can wait for few days more but if the new teeth erupted completely then you should consult your pediatric dentist for once. because the new teeth will automatically make space and so milky teeth fall out .
