#AskTheExpert My elder daughter is now 6 years old... yet her milk teeth is so good... when & how her permanent teeths come.... if Milk teeth are so good in conditions..?

A. Hi milk teeth start to fall by the age of 6-7 years..they get replaced by permanent teeth within a gap of 3-6 months.. if milk teeth do not fall by their own then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist
