my daughter is now 4years10months old she has vomiting and diarrhea from morning and also have cold and cough... pls suggest what to do and what food should give?

U We’ll have to get a check with your doctor was the proper clarity can only be provided by a doctor and the medication can also be suggested by a doctor because you’re to the issues associated in a ghost it’s better that you take a proper medical guidance and go ahead with a treatment suggested by a doctor only that’s going to be the right thing to do as of now
