start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child otherwise

U Definitely need to increase the amount of proteins into your child’s daily diet and if you want to go ahead with any supplements and iron and multivitamin should be a good option to go for better that you discuss this entire issue with your paediatrician ones
