NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy11 months agoA. hello try giving a well balance food in the diet and not to worry some baby can be slow weight gainer if the child is active then it is not a problem try to include fruits vegetable green leafy dry fruit and dairy product which will improve in the growth of the child
