my daughter is not gaining weight her age is 2.5 yr and weight 14 kg kindly suggest?

A. you should be giving all the foods that are prepared in the house For healthy weight gain, give five meals this includes two healthy snacks . give more than One Katori every time. the meals should be wholesome, having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer. nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods.
