My daughter is not eating food and she got fever

increase breast milk.
Serve up her favorites food..
give paracetamol drops in proper dose n interval

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear It's also very common for many infections that cause fever to cause a decreased appetite, too. As long as your little one is still drinking and peeing, not eating as much as usual is okay for most minor illnesses; no special diet is necessary.
