A. Hello mom babies almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of 1 year, You have to give the baby soft consistency diet now so roti, rice, oats , sago, seasonal fruits and vegetables, egg yolk. Dry fruits and nuts , panner , ghee , milk etc

A. dear mum, weight of 7 kg is slightly on the lower side for 11 months old baby girl. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. give top food four times a day and up to three fourth Katori every time. add Ghee to every meal. add powdered nuts like almond, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts to baby's food. you can give eggs and other non veg food. use full cream top milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. continue to breastfeed baby.

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits powder etc
