so meet your doctor who will tell you whether it is within the normal limits according to the height of the parents or not.
the doctor will calculate mid parental height and then tell you whether any intervention ifn the form of supplements is required or not.
it is advisable that the child should take some amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily according to the age of tche child.
regular physical activity is also important to increase the weight and height of the child.

Indulge in some physical activity like hanging stretching basket ball swimming etc for height increase. Give all that you cook for ur family. include food rich in protein like egg chicken meat fish soya lentils black chana sprouts etc and calcium rich food like milk and milk products for height increase
