my daughter is having stomach pain and loose motions, after taking lopamide loose motions are fine but still she is having stomach pain . meftal spas is given but not much relief

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and douvomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

It is advisable to get your child personally examined by the nearby doctor and seek medical advice. Complete the course of treatment as advised.
