my daughter is having sore like whitish spots over mouth and at back of tongue also near uvula.pic is attached kindly tell wat is this and wat to give her

A. this pattern can be seen due to fungal infection in the oral cavity of the child. many times it may be associated xwith either bottle feeding or usage of antibiotics in children. it is important to differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavityx and the fungal infection that is also known as oral thrush. meet your doctor for examination of the child and treatment
