shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum no picture is going here but still maybe it can be the Rash which can be because of the drolling so you first fall keep the area dry and clean always and you can apply some antiseptic cream on it like borolin cream or Soframycin cream make sure your baby should not lick it
