Q.
My daughter is having rashes and passing green poop. Why is that so?

If green poop with foul smelling than it indicates some bacteria infection...if so kindly Consult your doctor.
apply calamine lotion or b4 nappy cream if rashes are diaper rash

it could be reaction to food .
so please keep an eye on your child diet
remove food which causes it.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
keep your child well hydrated
but avoid giving new food for now
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
