Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oddil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. If it is outside the mouth of course you can go ahead with using Boroline anti septic cream as of now rest if you like to required then you can get it checked with your doctor as per their give you a better clarity on the situation
