my daughter is having hives from today evening. is it dangerous? she also have cough and taking homoeo for last 1 week

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in thegu origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectogrant may be required along with anti allergic medications
