start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
offer more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration.

You should consult a dermatologist regarding this because at this age hair fall is not considered normal it could be either due to deficiency of iron or could be due to some fungal infection into the head of your child so it is better to get it examined with your doctorWrite Your Answer Here
