Q.

my daughter is having fever from tomorrow 12 noon temp is ranging from 102to 103 I gave homeopathic medicine but no action or less ..... for fever today I gave dolo 10 drop should I give antibiotic too or what to do.....

A. what about antibiotic should I give.....or not

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose gk as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
